  • Antoin Eley

    Antoin Eley has been a dedicated member of QBHS For the Table for the past five years. He brings a deep passion for educating young people about the significance of mental and behavioral health. Drawing on 17 years of experience in education, Antoin understands the crucial role that proper support plays in students' lives and development. His commitment stems from recognizing that investing in the complete wellbeing of young people empowers them to thrive in all aspects of life.

  • Hazel Parker

    Cleveland native Hazel Parker, a founding member of The Ginn Academy since 2007, joined The Table in 2020 as Chief Culture Officer and Case Manager. Previously, she spent 20 years as a Speech-Language Pathologist with Shaker Heights schools. At the Academy, Hazel co-authored the school's Creed and Alma Mater while managing the Executive Director's activities and organizational partnerships. With degrees from Cleveland State University, she brings authentic passion to both colleagues and clients while continuing her speech pathology practice as a consultant.

  • Deneen Watson

    Deneen, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor in Ohio with a Master's from Cleveland State University, is currently pursuing EMDR trauma training. She specializes in creating approachable therapeutic environments using CBT and DBT for clients ages 5-75. With experience spanning autism, foster care, and military families across multiple states, Deneen focuses on women's growth, adolescent transitions, and family relationships. Her practice is guided by the belief that everyone has their own purpose and space to flourish.

  • Dionne B. Dye Sr.

    Glenville High School alumnus Dionne B. Dye Sr. brings 27 years of youth mentorship experience to both Ginn Academy High School and The Table, where he serves as a qualified behavior specialist for adolescents. Currently pursuing a Social Work degree at Kent State University (expected 2026), Dionne combines practical guidance with genuine care in his mission to empower Cleveland's youth to discover their purpose and potential.

  • Theopolis Washington II

    Theopolis Washington II brings distinguished experience as both a collegiate football coach and Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS), expertly balancing athletic leadership with comprehensive mental health support. His professional approach integrates performance excellence with personalized wellness strategies, addressing the multifaceted needs of student-athletes beyond competitive achievement.

    At Table Core Services, Mr. Washington implements evidence-based methodologies that effectively bridge athletic development and mental health support, cultivating resilience and holistic success for his clients. His integrated framework represents best practices in contemporary athletic mentorship, recognizing that peak performance emerges from comprehensive wellness across all domains of student-athlete life.

  • Terrance Owens

    Terrance Owens combines his experience as a former professional football player and current English educator to drive youth development across diverse settings. With a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Toledo, he implements effective mentorship strategies at institutions including Cleveland Christian Home and Ginn Academy.

    Currently teaching English to Polish speakers, Mr. Owens has pioneered youth initiatives including Poland's first flag football league. His approach emphasizes intentional engagement and personalized support—creating sustainable pathways for youth achievement across cultural contexts.
